Brightest Australia Property Services was established in 2006 and currently offers services throughout Australia. Since then we have been catering as a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance company, covering all aspects of corporate cleaning from single story to large story commercial buildings. Quality Assurance

Quality control is the most important part of our Organization. We are conducting regular quality control training sessions for our supervisors and staff to ensure a maximum level of quality.

Quality performance is a result of establishing clear goals, teamwork, communication, co-operation and the ability to tackle and solve problems effectively. It includes all necessary actions to provide for, the control and verification of certain characteristics of the service.

Many of our distinguished customers are building owners and managers return, as we give our very best to preserve the beauty and maintain the value and integrity of their assets.

To assist us in achieving our Vision, a Quality Assurance Manual and a quality control crew has been developed.

This describes how the elements of the Quality System which are implemented within Precision of Cleaning and Maintenance Systems, insuring the preservation of services, are in conformance with customer and contract requirements concluding in customer satisfaction.

All the works are regularly checked by supervisors to make sure that the quality is up to standard and is monitored by top level management.

Chemicals and Equipment

We use all high quality cleaning equipment and chemicals for the job. We always use Eco friendly products, to ensure the safety and health of the community.

All employees are specially trained and given advice on how chemicals should be diluted and what should be done if it comes in contact with eyes or skin.

The Material Safety Data sheets are available in cleaners' cupboard.

The equipments we own and hired are maintaining in very high standard which is including regular services, testing, tagging and keeping records in equipment maintenance log.

Our Staff

Our team is knowledgeable, friendly and presentable. Our employees are easy to identify because they are wearing the uniform and personal protective equipment in working environment.

Brightest Australia Property Services provides services to clients by providing highly trained and motivated staff across the whole spectrum of commercial cleaning and property maintenance. They are updated regularly and given quality control training to have a job done with perfection.

We believe in continuing improvement and in order to achieve our aims we must implement employment practices to retain our staff.

At the same time we support and encourage, training, learning and future education of all our staff. We offer our staff qualifications in commercial cleaning, property maintenance and contract management.

OHS Standards and Procedures

Consultative Frame work is based on and around the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2007.

Brightest Australia Property Services are committed to ensure health and safety of staff and external environment following Company OHS policy and safety procedures.

All our employees are highly trained on OHS standards and our company consists of OHS representatives as well. We update our employees on latest OHS issues and assist them on their knowledge monthly.

All employees will have their Personal Protective Clothing and Personal Protective Equipment at all time.

Sustainability Initiatives

Brightest Australia Property Services forms a team of experts, by grouping with chiefs in the area of sustainability to assist clients in reaching our Sustainability goals.

Our aim is to plan and apply a range of policies and proposals for our customers based on the latest technologies to achieve stability between environmental and economic outcomes. This may include the reduction of energy and water consumption and other activities that increase efficiency and reduce costs, and environmental impact and add towards obtaining a better Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) for an existing building

Recycling and waste management

BAPS works closely with the clients to reduce the amount of waste produced and ensure it is separated and recycled or disposed quickly and appropriately.
